Disease management starts with placing a weather station that every 15 minutes records climate parameters such as temperature, relative humidity, precipitation, bladnat, radiation, wind direction and speed.
The measurements of the weather stations are send thrue a gsm connection to a central database of RMA. These measurements are used in models that are developed by various universities around the world. These models calculate whether and when circumstances for infecting a crop by fungal diseases are beneficial.
Specific software converts the data into a user-friendly image. The customer gets that image on his computer. The experience is that the customers have no qualms there after instruction to connect to the data to the right conclusions.
