On August 29 and 30 RMA organised her first international conference. A group of 25 delegates travelled from the Netherlands and abroad to Dwingeloo to exchange information and ideas on sensortechnology, sustainable agricultural watermanagement, drip irrigation, fertigation and precision agriculture. On the 29th a range of presenters shared experiences from their country and application followed by lively discussions at Hotel Wesseling in Dwingeloo. On the 30th a field visit was made to see the RMA sensor technology live in action in the province of Drenthe.
Jorg Tönjes wrote a report on the meeting which can be found at Akkerwijzer.nl (in Dutch).
